Christine Whan is a children’s book author originally from Seoul, South Korea and raised in Ohio. She lives in Los Angeles with her husband and three book-loving children. As a former English teacher, she hopes her stories give young readers a sense of belonging, empathy, and delight. Two-List Thanksgiving (Augsburg Fortress, Fall 2025) is her debut book and captures how her family celebrates Thanksgiving across two cultures. Her favorite Thanksgiving food is kimchi.
